We are looking to strengthen our team with the following appointment: TECHNICAL TUTOR – INTERACTIVE PRODUCT DESIGN & IDEAS Salary circa: £25,000 p.a. + benefits in SE London You will provide innovative skills training, and professional learning and digital technical support to undergraduate and post-graduate students in all aspects of specialist and presentation software and hardware in the Interactive Product Design and Interior Design Environmental Architectures disciplines. The majority of the software used links directly into rapid prototyping machinery. The post holder will work closely with the Senior Lecturer in the area in the development and delivery of the above, workshops and short courses and commissions for professionals through the college Enterprise and Innovation centre. Candidates will have professional experience in at least one of the following areas: rapid prototyping, working in a Product, Interactive, Architectural-Interior design studio, computer visualisation, teaching or technical support in further/higher education. The ability to interpret design concepts into successful prototype outcomes is essential, as is an enthusiasm to develop digital and technical learning within the disciplines.
